Childbirth Education

Through these sessions we will explore the wide range of normal that encompasses pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Together, we will engage with this information so that you have a grasp on your birth choices and the power to make the decisions that are best for you and your baby.
In-Person Birth Prep - Group or Individual classes cover: Your ideal birth, Physiological birth, Birthing in your chosen location (hospital or home), Communicating with your care provider, Comfort measures, Breastfeeding, and Postpartum/Newborn care. Group classes will take place quarterly over a weekend for $250. Individual classes can be scheduled over a few days or over one day for $300. A $50 discount will be given to any BHM Born doula clients.
