*Note: Client-facing rate may be increased based on experience, time worked with Company, or other merit related advances in Contractor’s work. Any increase in client-facing rate must be discussed and agreed upon with the Company. Any new agreed upon rate increase will only become effective for clients starting after the rate is raised, not retroactively.
